the hotel staff were helpful, particularly maya from housekeeping, who aided in finding my wife's phone charger. she spent time checking lost hotel and even revisiting our room to locate the charger still plugged in. i appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and organized state.
some kerb stones were loose, sticking out into the road, i thought this could be a potential hazard. it is a minor point, but addressing it would enhance the overall experience.

The room temperature was a problem. It was uncomfortably hot even with the window open. The provided fan just circulated warm air. I also found that the ice machine on my floor was out of order (not very convenient).
